Welcome to Ansell Expeditions. By booking or participating in any of our tours, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. General Information

1.1 Ansell Expeditions offers guided adventure experiences and tours in the Overstrand region of South Africa.
1.2 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.3 We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 A booking is only confirmed once full payment (or a deposit, where applicable) has been received.
2.2 Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date, or no-shows, will not be refunded.
3.4 Ansell Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Safety and Participation

4.1 Participation in our tours is at your own risk. By booking, you acknowledge that adventure activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss.
4.2 Guests must follow the instructions of the guide at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund.
4.3 Ansell Expeditions is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the tour.
4.4 Certain tours may not be suitable for young children, pregnant individuals, or people with medical conditions. Please consult with us before booking if you have concerns.

5. Liability

5.1 Ansell Expeditions, its owners, employees, and guides shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from participation in our tours, except where caused by gross negligence.
5.2 By booking, you indemnify Ansell Expeditions against any claims resulting from your participation.

6. Photography and Media

6.1 Ansell Expeditions may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
6.2 If you do not wish to appear in such content, please notify us before the tour begins.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
7.2 Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
